Conditions of use of these web pages
1. Unless it ensues otherwise from the context, the following expressions in
these "Conditions of use of these web pages" (hereinafter called the
"Conditions") have the following meaning:
"Pages" mean web pages at the address www.dvorak-sw.com.
The "Operator" refers to the natural person of Ing. Jan Dvořák, who is an
entrepreneur not entered in the Commercial Register with place of business at:

Register at the Municipal authority in Olomouc, under file number 1-96/01925 M.
The "Visitor" refers to a person who visits or intends to visit the Pages.
2. These conditions outline the use of the Pages operated by the Operator and
visited by the Visitors.
3. The Operator declares that he is authorized to exercise property rights to
these Pages in accordance with Act no. 121/2000 Coll., on rights in connection
with copyright and on the amendment to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as
"Copyright Act").
4. The Operator is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of information
on the Pages. The Operator may perform changes to the information on the Pages
at any time without prior notification. The Operator does not bear any
responsibility to any damages which may ensue to users in connection with use
of the Pages.
5. The lawful rights of the customer trading with the Operator remain
unaffected.
6. The Operator does not bear any responsibility for the content of internet
pages of third parties which may be visited by means of the Pages.
7. Upon electronic communication by e-mail, the information contained in the
message is not coded. For this reason we do not recommend that Visitors send
any information by e-mail which they consider personal, confidential or which
is protected in accordance with legal prescriptions or which they have an
interest in protecting.
8. Any use of the Pages or any part thereof other than for personal
requirement, particularly their further use in the form of distribution,
copying, further processing or amendment or acquisition of further duplicates
is prohibited. Also prohibited are any interventions to the technical or
material character of the Pages. Use of the Pages beyond personal requirement
is an unauthorized infringement of the rights of the Operator. This provision
does not relate to software which can be downloaded from the Pages.
9. Any use of software which can be downloaded from the Pages is governed by
the provisions of the relevant license contract contained within the software
or attached thereto.
10. The Operator supply goods and provide services under the trading name
"dvorak-sw.com Dvořák Software".
11. The logo "dvorak-sw.com Dvořák Software" is a registered trademark of the
Operator and may not be used in promotional materials in connection with the
distribution of any information or materials obtained from the Pages without
the prior consent of the Operator.
12. These Conditions come into force on April 1, 2007. The operator is
authorized to update these Conditions.
