Support Contract
We offer a contract on support for any of our products. As a rule we conclude
contracts for one year. During this period we guarantee the price and scope of
services provided. On concluding the contract you obtain the following
services:
Hotline
This covers answers to questions, professional advice, instructions and other
similar support provided from our place of business to resolve problems which
occur during your use of the relevant product. The hotline provides you with
the security that you'll be qualified to take care of all problems.
Updating Products
During the period of validity of your contract we'll provide you with free
updates of the relevant product. If you conclude a contract with us on support
for a product which we have created to order for you, we'll provide updates for
the duration of the contract's validity also on the basis of your requests.
Onsite Service
There are some problems we can't solve from our place of business and some
require tasks which you don't dare or are unable to perform yourselves. We
solve these problems through the help of our onsite service. Our technician
comes to your business and performs all the necessary works in order to resolve
the problem as completely and quickly as possible. The onsite service is not
included in the price of the relevant agreement.
Extended guarantee
In the case that your standard guarantee of 24 months from the day of sale or
transfer of the product has expired, we can provide you with an extended
guarantee for the duration of the validity of the contract on support. If an
error of ours occurs in the product during this guarantee period we'll correct
it free of charge and without delay.
Sending of update on CD-ROM
Four times during the validity of the contract on support we'll send you a
CD-ROM free of charge, containing an updated version of the relevant product in
the case that you request us for each sending individually. You can use the
CD-ROM as a backup for cases of repeat installation of the product into your
computer or servers.
How to proceed on concluding the contract?
As soon as we receive notification from you that you want to conclude a
contract, we'll prepare a written proposal contract including the price, and
send you this for approval and signature. After signing the contract we'll make
out a deposit invoice for the whole amount. After payment you receive a
receipt. We'll provide you the services for one year from the day of crediting
the whole amount into our bank account or from the day of payment in cash at
our place of business in Olomouc.
