Onsite Service
We offer a reliable and professional onsite service anytime you need it. Our
technician comes to your business and performs all the necessary works in order
to resolve the problem as completely and quickly as possible. We provide the
onsite service to clients with a concluded contract on support for the product
in which the problem occurred. In exceptional and justified cases (e.g.
breakdown of system) we provide a onsite service also for clients who do not
have a contract on support for the relevant product.
How do we proceed in solving a problem?
It is not possible to order the onsite service direct but is necessary to
contact the hotline and report the problem which has ensued. First of all we'll
try to solve this problem from our place of business. We often succeed in this,
which means you save no small amount of money on an unnecessary onsite service.
If we're unable to solve the problem from our place of business we'll arrange a
place and time for the onsite service with you. On the relevant day our
technician will come to your business, perform the necessary repairs and write
out a protocol on the works performed. Finally we'll make out an invoice for
the onsite provided and send it to you for payment.
The onsite service is not included in the price of the relevant agreement on
support and costs 800,- Kč not including VAT for each hour of work for one
technician, plus any expenses on material and travel expenses at 10,- Kč for
each kilometer of road travel, demonstrable expenditures on travel by other
means of transport and demonstrable expenditures on accommodation in remote
locations and abroad.
