Our hotline offers you answers to inquiries, professional advice, instructions and other similar support provided from our place of business for the purpose of solving problems which occur during use of products for which you have a valid concluded contract with us on support, or problems which have occurred during use of web hosting. We provide our hotline by telephone, fax and e-mail on working days from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

How to proceed in case of difficulty?

If you find yourself in difficulty at any time whilst using our products, first of all please study the attached documentation and online help for the relevant product. In the case that you don't find a solution, please contact our hotline.

Before you contact us, we recommend that you prepare carefully for this so that we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Please remember that we do not work with your computers, networks or servers and as a rule we do not know which programs you have installed within them, or their technical parameters. It is up to you to explain the problem to us as well as possible and to notify us of what conditions they occur in.

Formulation of the problem should contain the following information:
• Precise indication of product or service, i.e. for web hosting the second class domain (e.g. yourcompany.com), for custom software and web applications the name, number of version and inter-version and for web pages the second class domain name.
• The number of the valid contract on support of the product or number of valid contract on provision of web hosting.
• Description of the measures you took before the problem occurred.
• Detailed description of the problem.
• Precise wording of any error notices.
• Description of any steps taken to solve the problem.
• Information about configuration and operating system of the relevant computer or server.

Please write down the carefully formulated problem and send it by fax or e-mail. In the case that you decide to phone, please do it from the location of the computer where the problem occurred.
